Let the SOWL REALLY begin

Yeah, so last week was sort of a trial run. Now I’m really getting serious. I finally did my measurements (as accurately as I could) and I signed up for Weight Watchers. Although I don’t love WW, last time I was able to get the first 4 pounds off right away and that’s what I need right now. So far today I’ve had a Kashi Golean oatmeal w/ blueberries and coffee. Brought my fave salad for lunch. Ok so here are the deets:
Chest: 32
Waist: 31
Hips: 39 1/2
Midway: 37 
Thighs: 24 3/4
Knees: 16 3/4
Left calf: 13-3/4″
Right calf: 13 1/2
Right upper arm: 10.5″
Left upper arm: 10″

And so it begins…

    Go girl! I have been on vaca for the past week and should prob follow your lead on the weight loss stuff. haha. Love the new design by the way…I know, I know, I’m probably really late on that.

    Tracking stuff is the trick. It keeps you honest and makes you work harder. I track my food but I don’t do the weight watchers way. Keep it up and kick some butt!

    Bulging biceps–work it girl!!

    And Hulk Powder is Hemp Powder. I nicknamed it that because A) it’s packed with vegan protein that makes me feel like the incredible hulk and B) it usually turns things green. Like the hulk. 🙂
